These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustX (the "Service"), operated by Darii Velychko ("JustX," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Germany. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use JustX. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
JustX is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you plan and complete everyday tasks, such as web searches, price comparisons, availability checks, meeting scheduling, and — only where you give explicit confirmation — placing bookings or orders with third parties on your behalf (an "Action").
Important: JustX will never submit a final booking, order, or payment on a third-party website without your explicit, step-specific confirmation. Low- and medium-risk steps (such as searching or comparing options) may run automatically; any step JustX classifies as high-risk (such as finalizing a purchase or reservation) requires your confirmation before it is executed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
JustX currently offers a free tier. We may introduce paid subscription plans with additional features or usage limits. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
JustX uses third-party AI models to interpret your requests, plan tasks, and generate responses. You acknowledge that:
Completing an Action may involve JustX interacting with third-party websites or services (e.g., a restaurant booking platform, a delivery platform, or your Google Calendar/Gmail account) on your behalf, using data you've provided or connected. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, or conduct of these third-party services. Any contract formed as a result of a booking or order (e.g., with a restaurant or delivery platform) is between you and that third party, not with JustX.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
If you connect your Google Calendar and/or Gmail account, you authorize JustX to access the specific data described in our Privacy Policy (calendar events, and read-only access to booking-related email threads) to provide the Service. You can disconnect these integrations at any time in Settings.
JustX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, attachments), but grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any booking, order, or task will be completed successfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including losses arising from an inaccurate AI-generated response, a failed or incorrect booking/order, or a third-party service's conduct. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including the German Product Liability Act, Produkthaftungsgesetz).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your country of residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
